Vehicle Damage Assessor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at a brand new and state-of-the-art Bodyshop in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise regularly with insurance engineers to ensure accurate assessments and repairs.
  • Write job cards and liaise with the workshop to ensure efficient repair processes.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their vehicle's repair status.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service and repair quality.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a VDA/Estimator in the Accident Repair bodyshop environment.
  • Competent user of Audatex.
  • Full and valid driving license.
