Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing inventory levels, facilitating timely procurement processes, and implementing cost-saving measures throughout the supply chain. Core Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels by evaluating ERP system metrics and executing suitable strategies.
  • Procurement Activities: Generate purchase orders and work orders to align with production and delivery timelines.
  • Supplier Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries, uphold quality standards, and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
  • Data Evaluation: Examine supply chain data to uncover cost-reduction opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Issue Resolution: Address supply chain challenges, including supplier-related issues, quality inconsistencies, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and company policies, including import/export guidelines.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in materials planning, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
