Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to oversee the ground floor reception for one of our buildings in Brighton.
The primary objective of this role is to work collaboratively with the building manager and other service providers to create a positive and welcoming experience for visitors and occupiers.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional welcome, assistance, and farewell to create lasting impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the building manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing a high level of support and assistance as needed.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a reception or front desk environment.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a larger team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
