About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at JD Sports. As a key member of our People Talent Team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • From initial candidate contact, you will be a professional advocate of the job description, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well-informed and supported at each stage of the recruitment journey.
  • You will ensure business areas follow a structured interview process, identifying high-performing candidates within the market that match our business requirements and values.
  • You will manage and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) database with accurate information.
  • You will prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures, including new starter information, right-to-work checks, and maintaining key recruitment data.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience within a similar capacity.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
