We are seeking an experienced Contract Management professional to join our team at Change Recruitment. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and coordinating contractual documentation for clients across EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and Negotiation: Accurately draft, negotiate, and coordinate contractual documentation for clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and approvals are obtained.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate and coordinate all stakeholders across different regions involved in the contracting process, ensuring their comments are incorporated into the contract.
  • Risk Management: Negotiate client documentation within the remit, escalating appropriate risk where necessary.
  • Communication: Communicate any contractual documentation changes to applicable internal stakeholders.
  • Contract Database Management: Capture and record relevant non-standard contractual clauses on an ongoing basis and maintain the contractual documentation database.

Requirements

  • Legal Background: A legal background or qualification is required.
  • Contract Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating contract management agreements.
  • Contract Negotiation Skills: Experienced contract management and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, organization, and presentation skills are required.
  • Process Efficiency: Strong awareness of process efficiency and the need to mitigate risk through team processes.
  • Financial Services Experience: Financial Services experience is an asset.
