As a Lettings/Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, generating new business, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with landlords and tenants, with a focus on growing our portfolio of managed properties.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our existing portfolio of properties, ensuring that all properties are properly maintained and that our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and communication to our clients, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with our services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process referencing, prepare tenancy agreements, and arrange viewings and valuations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including gas safety checks, EICRs, and EPCs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ARLA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years' recent experience in lettings and property management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, positive, and professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £28-30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Car Allowance: £2,500 per annum.
  • Commission: A percentage of lettings income across the branches.
  • OTE: £38,000 per annum.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm.
