The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the lettings division is compliant with key regulations, including HMO Licensing, Cladding & MEES.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ARLA Propertymark Technical Award as a minimum
  • 5 years + experience working in the lettings industry
