As a Band 6 Rotational Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of inpatient clinical areas, including Emergency Department, Frailty, Respiratory Medicine, Enhanced Care, Orthopaedics, and Stroke Therapy.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior support to rotational Band 5 physiotherapists and therapy assistants, as well as working closely with occupational therapists. You will have a range of clinical experience, provide sound clinical expertise to your team and more junior staff, and coordinate and deliver high-quality care. You will also be a role model for expert clinical care, lead on specific projects/service developments, and manage functions as delegated by the Band 7 therapist or Clinical Lead Therapist.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BSc or Diploma in Physiotherapy (or above), HCPC registration, and evidence of ongoing CPD since qualification. You will also need to have experience working as a qualified therapist in the UK NHS system (or equivalent public healthcare system), as well as experience in emergency on-call respiratory service provision and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participation in in-service training and teaching is also essential.

What We Offer
As a member of our therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and experienced team, share learning and expertise, and contribute to the development of our service. You will also have access to weekly in-service training, regular supervision, and the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical areas. We are committed to providing a safe, efficient, and sustainable service, and we are looking for motivated and engaged individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
