Director for Quality

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Director for Quality to join our Europe Communications team. This role will be responsible for supporting the growth and optimization of our Region Europe Communications organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership across individual and integrated communications disciplines to drive and optimize new and organic business opportunities.
  • Join Account Development Planning (ADP) review calls to connect and inspire ideas.
  • Foster relationships across the Syneos Health network for proposal support and efficiency in growth operations.
  • Leverage a standard process from RFP assessment to pitch to ensure consistent proposal quality and efficient onboarding.
  • Oversee growth performance and reporting, fluent in mitigating risk and proactively solving issues early.
  • Early adopter of digital technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and bespoke recommendations for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to write new business proposals to a high quality.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and a high degree of autonomy.
