About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at City Pub Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion excellent service through quality food
  • Develop and maintain a passion for producing fresh, high-quality dishes
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new menu items and daily specials
  • Drive sales and growth through engagement with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Maintain effective controls on food costs and labor

Requirements
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
