What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or an exceptional Commis Chef looking for their next challenge. As the successful candidate, you'll have a passion for producing high-quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. You'll be an active hands-on Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor, with a willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
  • Work alongside your Head Chef to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
  • Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
