Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Bank Nurse. As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration.
- A good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
