We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Bank Nurse. As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. You will have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
