We Are With You operates a residential rehabilitation facility, dedicated to delivering support for substance misuse, mental health, and addiction recovery services to some of the most vulnerable individuals in our society. Our facility comprises an 18-bed main residence and an additional 8 beds in a separate block of flats, designated as transitional accommodation for those requiring more tailored therapeutic assistance. We are committed to welcoming individuals from across the UK who are eager to heal, develop, and transform their lives. Many of our clients have faced significant challenges and are in need of comprehensive mental health support.
As part of our team, you will have the chance to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including dedicated counselors and a psychoanalytic art therapist. In your role as a Residential Care Assistant, you will empower our residents to participate in activities that enhance their independent living capabilities, such as meal preparation, household chores, shopping, and most importantly, rediscovering joy in their recovery journey. You will also have the opportunity to assist in facilitating workshops focused on essential life skills and personal goal setting.
We are seeking an individual with experience in working or volunteering with clients facing substance misuse challenges, preferably in a residential context.
