Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced recruiter to join our Financial Services practice, developing business and growing our Procurement & Supply Chain offering.

About the Role:

This is a billing 360 role as part of a small team of already successful consultants, senior-level networking and business development play an important aspect of the role, demonstrating an ability to lead from the front, as well as successful and efficient delivery to our clients developing long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing business and growing our Procurement & Supply Chain offering
  • Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships
  • Delivering successful and efficient recruitment solutions to clients
  • Leading from the front and demonstrating senior-level networking and business development skills
Requirements:
  • Experience as a recruiter and/or manager with a depth of experience across the corporate space
  • Ability to build both contract and perm recruitment revenue
  • Motivated by the chase of business development and winning new clients
  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
  • Degree educated or qualified by experience
  • High professional level of spoken and written English
