About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team at Index, a growing tech startup. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the SaaS/technology sales industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies to penetrate newer markets and increase sales
  • Manage and supervise small to medium-sized teams in tech recruitment/Platform/SaaS industries
  • Collaborate with the marketing and demand gen department to develop effective promotional materials
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Collaborate across teams to reach company goals and objectives
About You
  • 10 years of experience in managing small to medium-sized teams in tech recruitment/Platform/SaaS industries
  • Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate newer markets
  • Knowledge of best sales practices and methods, including deal negotiation and contract management
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current market trends and industry developments
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead from the front
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge of programming languages is a plus
