Exciting Opportunity for an Interim Accounts Assistant

Chase & Holland is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interim Accounts Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices
  • Statement reconciliations and handling queries
  • Invoice scanning and credit control
  • Ad-hoc accounts administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Sound background in a similar varied accounts assistant role, including purchase ledger experience
  • IT literate, including Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work at pace
