Medical Practice Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Practice Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our medical team, including reception cover and patient signposting
  • Ensure resources are available to support the smooth running of the practice
  • Lead by example, providing managerial and leadership support to our patient advisers
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage rotas and holiday planning for the administrative team

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour, dependent on experience
  • A fixed-term contract of minimum 14 months with potential for permanent placement
  • A range of benefits, including 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a National Health pension scheme, and employee wellbeing programme
