Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  2. Use your creative skills to design and visualize custom layouts for clients, bringing their vision of their ultimate garden room to life.
  3. Work closely with our design team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality products.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

What We Offer

  1. A competitive salary of £29,500, increasing with service.

  5. Enthusiasm to become an expert in our full product range.
  6. Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
