About the Role

CATS Global Schools is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bank Operations Assistant to join our Operations Team on a zero-hour basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide support in our Cleaning and Catering departments, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our teaching buildings and boarding house residences, including dusting surfaces, wiping door handles, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms, showers, and communal kitchens.
  • Catering: Assist with food preparation, serving, and maintaining hygiene standards in our kitchens and dining rooms.
  • General: Work independently or in small teams to complete assigned tasks, report any cleanliness, health, and safety, or repair issues to your line manager, and provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and external visitors.
Requirements
  • Able to work on your own initiative and follow instructions.
  • A proactive and pragmatic approach to problems and challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills (English level B1 minimum) and teamwork attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a desire to make a difference to people.
