We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Health and Social Care. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our curriculum, which boasts continued learner success and achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver stimulating and interesting lectures to students in the Health and Social Care department.
  • Support the success, achievement, and enjoyment of learners on their Health and Social Care programmes.
  • Develop curriculum, maintain excellent employer links, and provide progression opportunities to our current curriculum offer.
Requirements
  • Experience of teaching and motivating Further Education students.
  • A relevant degree; a higher degree is desirable.
  • A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • GCSE Maths and English (A*-C).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
