We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at each care home
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the physical and mental needs of our residents
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care home staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also require a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards.
