In your role as the
Primary SENCo, you will:


Develop and Implement Strategies:

Take the lead in crafting, executing, and assessing effective strategies aimed at supporting the educational journey of children with special educational needs.

Collaborate with Educators:

Partner with classroom teachers to cultivate inclusive learning environments and modify teaching techniques to accommodate the varied needs of our students.

Personalized Support Plans:
Create and manage individualized support plans, ensuring they cater to each child's distinct strengths and challenges.

Engage with Families:

Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development and offering advice on how they can assist their child's learning at home.

Staff Training and Development:

Accessible Curriculum:
