About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our collaborative team and shape the future of the industry. As a Product Designer at Fresha, you will be responsible for designing and shipping features across the entire product, working closely with product managers, senior leadership, engineering, design, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in a product design role
  • Exceptional visual and user interface design skills, grounded in user-centered design principles
  • Strong sense of consistency, color, typography, and an eye for detail, with experience in design systems
  • Excellent communication skills, coolness under pressure, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for design
  • Ability to translate design concepts into production collaborating with leadership and engineering teams

Our Hiring Process

  • Screening Call - Video call with the Talent Team - 30-mins
  • First Stage - Video call / in-person with Lead Product Designer or Head of Product Design - 30-mins
  • Second Stage - In-person portfolio review with Lead Product Designer, Head of Product Design, Deputy CPO - 1 hour
  • Final Stage - In-person presentation with Head of Product Design, Deputy CPO, Co-founder - 1 hour
