Senior Product Designer for Ecommerce

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Match Digital, a leading digital agency based in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to design innovative and user-centric e-commerce products and experiences.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of end-to-end e-commerce products, focusing on the lower funnel of the customer journey. You will work closely with our Global Design Director, Product, Engineering, and User Research teams to shape and drive the overall product roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing e-commerce products and experiences that meet business objectives and user needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements
  • Leading the design of new and existing products, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across products
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce design

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on e-commerce
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful e-commerce products and experiences
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud
