About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and confident individual to join our team as a Client Manager. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of cloud-based outsourced accounts to client companies. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing regular accounts information, such as monthly management accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide regular accounts information, such as monthly management accounts, to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with the client's management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
