Job Summary

Ernest and Florent is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our fast track retail and leisure projects in the Midlands. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects ranging from £500K to £5M.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail fit-out and a proven track record of managing projects with similar values. You will be expected to work closely with our construction director and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fast track retail and leisure projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with the construction director to develop and implement project strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail fit-out sector
  • Proven track record of managing projects with similar values
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
