Project Engineer

At Proftech Talent Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Safety: Ensure that all projects are executed in a safe and controlled environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Quality: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards.
  • Cost: Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Delivery: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • People: Foster a culture of excellence and accountability, engaging with team members to optimize workgroup efficiency and maintain high standards of attendance and punctuality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent competency levels in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstratable project management experience within a mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, of varying complexity levels, and at various maturity stages

Desirable:

  • Formal project management qualification
  • Product knowledge in electrical control cabinets and/or electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Competency in Microsoft SharePoint
