About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Harmonize Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and cleaning
  • Supporting customers with mobility and transportation needs
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to customers
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and social care teams to ensure seamless care
Essential Skills and Qualities
  • Valid driving license and reliable transportation
  • Kind and compassionate nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
