We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes for older people, particularly those with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
- Manage staff rotas and training to ensure adequate staffing levels
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a care home setting
- Strong staff management and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
What We Offer:
