We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Complex Care service across the Hereford and Worcester region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose, deputising in the absence of the registered manager, and supporting and managing staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and at least 3 years' experience in Residential children's Care, including supervisory experience. They will also be required to work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
The role may include working on shift with some weekends and sleep-ins.

As a Deputy Manager at Cambian, you will work within a confident and experienced care team, working closely with our clinical and educational colleagues to improve outcomes for our children.
Main Purpose of the Job:
