About the Role

We are actively looking to recruit an Associate Director to join our Cardiff office. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership on projects, assist with P&L and financial management for the office, be a pivotal part of the business development team, and report directly into the Regional Director for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a full member of the RICS
  • Have experience working at a minimum of Associate level within a Consultancy environment
  • Have experience working on projects within Property / Building
  • Have experience of managing projects up to the value of £20 million
  • Have good communication and client-facing skills
