Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and our database.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for specific roles and present shortlisted candidates to the recruitment team.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain our candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Job Advert Writing: Assist in creating engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is desirable but not essential.
  • Desirable Background: Candidates with a background in engineering or manufacturing will have an advantage, though this is not a requirement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with candidates over the phone and in writing.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Driving Licence and Car: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred.
