Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse complex data sets to inform business decisions and develop strategic insights.
  • Develop and implement organisational design solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and deliver business transformation programmes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leadership teams on organisational design best practices.
  • Manage and resolve programme-level challenges and risks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in organisational design and business transformation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to turn data into key insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
