Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Setsquare Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate site activities, including programming work schedules, monitoring building progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations and cost limitations.
- Control all aspects of health and safety on site, including site inductions, method statements, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permits to work.
- Manage logistics planning, plant and labor resources, and progress meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects.
- Strong construction background, with experience working for a quality contractor.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams.
- Strong technical and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
