About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEMH Inclusion Practitioner to join our team at Leicestershire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality inclusive provision and supporting pupils with SEMH challenges in mainstream settings.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and experience of working with pupils with challenging social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will be expected to advise and support teachers and teaching assistants in developing interventions and teaching adaptations to promote reasonable adjustments and make learning engaging and accessible to all.

We are looking for a practitioner who is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for pupils and staff. You will be part of a hardworking and dedicated team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our pupils.
