Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team at Premier Inn London Edmonton hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results and meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and materials, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in Housekeeping practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of cleaning schedules, procedures, and best practices.
