Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key foodservice customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within the foodservice or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft NAV or similar software, with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
