Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide a specialist psychology service to support the mental health needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the mental health needs of patients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide psychological interventions to patients with a range of mental health conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
- Provide education and training to staff on mental health issues and best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Current registration with the relevant professional body
- Experience working with patients with mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
