Job Title: Unqualified Teaching Assistant

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term

Location: Havering

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and small group support to students in need
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student support

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree at 1st class or 2:1 level
  • Strong academic record at GCSE and A-Level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Confident and proactive approach to problem-solving
