Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Supervisor to join our reputable organization. The successful candidate will lead a small team responsible for various financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of Daily Financial Operations: Oversee routine accounting tasks, including invoicing and data entry using accounting software.
  • Banking Duties: Conduct banking activities and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance existing accounting procedures to guarantee timely and precise financial information, fostering an efficient department.
Work Schedule

The organization is looking for a candidate willing to work approximately 24-25 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling across 3 to 5 days to accommodate the right individual.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess prior experience in managing an accounting team and have a solid understanding of accounting software.
