About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within our Transaction Services team, focused on delivering high-quality financial due diligence to clients in the mid-market space.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Transaction Services and will be based in our Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects in the delivery of transaction services to clients, ensuring timely completion within agreed budgets.
  • Manage Financial Due Diligence engagements, including determining project scope and resource requirements, monitoring progress, and reviewing work completed by junior team members.
  • Ensure client feedback is captured, addressed, and effectively communicated to the team and Director/Partner.
  • Provide technical advice to clients in the Professional Services industry, leveraging expertise in Accounting & Finance.
  • Manage the performance and development of junior team members, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the managerial level.
Requirements
  • A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Lives local to Manchester and can travel to the city centre 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday).
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £65,000 to £80,000 per annum.
