**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Care Service Manager to lead our Extra Care Scheme in Camden. As the person in charge, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize authentic leadership skills to motivate the team and deliver excellent care
* Manage the effective use of resources, including financial performance and occupancy levels
* Provide improvement, independence, and choice for service users
* Comply with regulatory and legislative requirements

**Requirements**

* Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Experience as a Registered Manager in an Extra Care Scheme
* Experience of successfully managing a staff team
* Knowledge of CQC requirements

**About the Role**

Our Extra Care Scheme comprises 35 self-contained apartments, offering a staffed cafe, communal lounges, and a hairdressing salon. As a Care Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the service, providing a high level of care to our residents, and maintaining high levels of occupancy.
