Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our internal recruitment team at Eclectic Recruitment in Cambridge. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days spent in the office, offering a salary up to £40,000.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to hire, including headhunting, sourcing, and acquiring talent through job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administer and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Lead and guide interviews.
  • Plan and implement projects.
  • Champion the candidate experience, ensuring all applicants have a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruitment or talent experience, either internal or agency.
  • Experience building talent pools and networks.
  • Previous experience managing and maintaining an ATS.
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
