Your Role:

As an apprentice pursuing a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, you will join a dedicated team caring for infants and children up to the age of 5, creating a nurturing environment where children can learn through play. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily communication with parents regarding their child's activities and progress
  • Engaging in interactive play, reading, and activities aligned with the learning curriculum
  • Ensuring child welfare and protection while adhering to health and safety policies
  • Managing your time effectively to complete required coursework and meet deadlines

What We Seek:

  • English qualification at GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2
  • A passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including empathy, active listening, and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
