Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Sawbridgeworth Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities that promote the development of our children towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring the welfare, protection, health, and safety of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or preschool setting
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- The ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
