Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and cultivate new sales prospects within designated regions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the capabilities of hydraulic solutions.
- Offer expert technical advice and support to clients regarding product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering and product management, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and advancements in product offerings.
- Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related discipline (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of the hydraulics industry.
- Strong technical understanding of hydraulic tools, systems, and their applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (up to 50%).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary up to £35,000 per annum.
