  • Manage orders for HBK, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality support for internal customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Operations, Export Control, Customer Care, and Finance to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Process and follow up on order backlogs globally, prepare credit control and prepayments, and handle export and import declarations.
  • Book and manage shipments, primarily via courier and air freight, and handle customer claims and complaints.
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in team projects to optimize order management and shipping processes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in order processing, shipping, or logistics is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a customer service-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and experience with Microsoft Office suite and Oracle or SAP ERP.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
