Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Production: Design and produce marketing collateral across various formats, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Creative Leadership: Utilize design principles to create impactful advertising and promotional materials, and lead creative initiatives that align with our global brand and marketing strategies.
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop visual materials for events that align with themes and branding, and enhance and maintain our digital presence, focusing on user experience and business objectives in our online channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure design work complements marketing strategies, and collaborate with the central marketing team for global brand consistency.
  • Project Management: Manage the design process, from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and brand consistency, and lead design-focused briefings and update the team on progress and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in creative execution, graphic design, and project management.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and creative work.
  • Skills: Excellent skills in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar), and strong communication skills and ability to present creative concepts effectively.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading creative teams and brainstorming sessions, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of current design trends and customer preferences, and Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
