About the Role

The SS&C Technologies Design Associate will be responsible for transforming content into engaging visual elements that enhance the company's Global Distribution and Investor Solutions (GIDS) offerings. This role involves participation in select meetings with prospects and clients, and requires the ability to work independently and methodically.

The ideal candidate will infuse creativity and fresh perspectives into projects, generating innovative ideas that effectively communicate business messages while adhering to corporate brand guidelines.

Responsibilities will include developing materials for business messaging, products, and meetings with clients and prospects, as well as proposing and designing new visual concepts that integrate graphic elements to enhance the narrative and promote the business brand.

  • Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Enablement and Propositions to support the Chief Administration Officer's office.
  • Balance multiple projects and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with layout and design across various formats, both digital and print.
  • Contribute creatively to projects by generating innovative ideas and concepts.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and other design tools.
